ADSL Support
If you are having difficulties connecting to your ADSL service first check that your modem/router is working properly (usually shown by lights on the equipment). If you are using a router it may need rebooting to re-establish your ADSL connection after a BT problem or power outage.
Another possible cause is sometimes due to a problem with your BT exchange. This rare occurance is usually rectified within 30 minutes. If after this period you are still having difficulties please feel free to call up on 0870 76 55 321 but you may first like to check your settings as below.
For Windows 95/98 you will find these in My Computer > Dialup networking.
For Windows ME/2000/XP you will find these in Control Panel > Network connections
